RECOVERY FROM
SHORT-AND LONG-TERM INJURIES
Recovery from short-and long-term injuries with appropriate organisation of weekly work. A professional player works twice a day with up to 11 sessions per week.
PRE-SEASON
TRAINING
Pre-season training: injury prevention and performance optimisation. Understand, measure, optimise.
RETURN-TO-PLAY
TESTING
Return-to-play testing in a state-of-the-art environment to select the best strategies moving forward. Strength, movement biomechanics and metabolic assessment to customise mid- and late-stage rehabilitation.

Gym and on-field training personalised on objective testing and GPS metrics.
