After two years of planning and development, the Isokinetic Education and Research Department Campus was inaugurated in October 2023. This facility features buildings, gardens, and outdoor classrooms, providing ideal spaces for both theoretical and practical learning. Its purpose is to inspire young individuals and facilitate interactions with more experienced colleagues, addressing a significant challenge of our time as the gap between the interests of different generations continues to expand.
The Isokinetic Campus is designed to allow everyone who engages with Isokinetic to fully embrace its philosophy as a place purposefully designed to promote a person’s holistic wellbeing.
THE ROLE OF THE ISOKINETIC CAMPUS FOR GROUP EMPLOYEES AND COLLABORATORS
The facilities have been thoughtfully created to serve as a space where employees and collaborators can improve their knowledge and find guidance and support. It serves as a kind of "family home" for those working at Isokinetic's existing and future locations. The Campus hosts regular theoretical and practical training courses, as well as educational programmes for all upcoming employees. These activities offer staff from the different clinical sites ample opportunities for discussion and the chance to expand their cultural perspectives.
the contribution of the isokinetic campus for environmental stewardship.
We believe that environmental stewardship can be demonstrated through actionable steps to regulate energy consumption and emissions, as well as through initiatives and communications that convey a dedication to the environment and a professional life that aligns with nature.
The green areas of the Isokinetic Campus have conveyed a strong message in this regard, with an investment in 2023 amounting to 5% of the Group’s annual revenue. The project entailed eight months of work to redevelop a 7,010 square meter green space. 55 trees and 3,805 plants, shrubs, and flowers were planted; 960 square meters of pathways were created; and two outdoor learning spaces were incorporated: the pergola and the amphitheater
The area was completed with the renovation of an old hemp processing mill, which, along with a waterfall and a small bridge, adds to the overall harmony of the gardens. This enhancement significantly supports the mental health and well-being of those who engage with the facility

The inspiration for this green space came from Plato's Academy, whose ancient ruins are still visible today. It was a space designed within nature to give philosophers of that era a place to assemble, engage in discussions, and reflect on the fundamental questions of life.
