Mainly focused within the organisation until now, continuous training is the cornerstone of our Education & Research Department’s activities. Isokinetic is committed every day to training highly qualified and motivated professionals who enhance the original and shared culture that the group has developed throughout its history.
The training and onboarding programme involves gaining both theoretical and practical knowledge of Isokinetic’s treatment model, through training sessions organised in line with the programme developed by Isokinetic Education & Research Department. These are complemented by lectures, in-depth sessions and assessments held in the Campus classrooms.
In addition, the Education & Research Department (ERD) coordinates an ongoing training programme throughout the year to ensure the Isokinetic team’s ongoing professional development. A key example of this is the “Isokinetic Doctors’ Course”, an advanced training programme for all the group’s doctors, launched in 2009 and now in its 50th edition. Staff from all Isokinetic Clinics come together on Campus to work on individual projects and benefit from the unique atmosphere. International experts are also regularly invited to the Campus to share their knowledge through the Sports Medicine Round programme or to deliver dedicated specialised lectures.
All of these initiatives are designed to advance the cultural and professional development of the Medical Group, with the ultimate goal of achieving excellence in patient care.
