JOB TITLE: Clinical Administrator and Receptionist
JOB TYPE: Full-time
START DATE: As soon as possible
HOURS: 40 hrs per week plus some Saturday mornings. Shifts defined
LOCATION: 11 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PF
JOB BRIEF: The role is integral part of the Administration Team
REASON FOR OPPORTUNITY: This role replaces a staff member returning to Italy for personal reasons.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Centre opening and closing
• Receiving patients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them
appropriately
• Answering incoming calls
• Managing daily incoming emails
• Managing the doctors’ clinic
• Patients’ activity monitoring
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• High school degree
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Data Entry
• Providing Information/directions

SALARY: £23,000 per year plus performance bonuses to be defined
