At Isokinetic, we refer to this professional as a &#8220;Case Manager&#8221; because they are responsible for you\u2019re your entire therapeutic journey- from an initial evaluation of your clinical situation to your diagnosis and your treatment pathway. They will supervise every phase of your treatment, from start to finish.
